The feet on my microwave were fine, but it did slide on the smooth countertop, so I put pieces of non-skid material under the feet, normally available in any hardware store, and was made for lining the bottom of cupboards. Now no sliding! The product is frequently sold to people with RV's (campers, motorhomes, and boats). That took care of the problem.

Not sure that there are replacement feet. There are Base Plate Cap, part 5006W3A019A.
