We have bought the same model number three times. Each time the unit has lost features or was made with cheaper materials. It fits the space we built for the first one six years ago and looks fine with our other appliances. Buy the extension for four years as these have lasted about two years before we replaced them. Demand a replacement as they tried twice to just discount the newer more expensive unit by the price of the old one. Replacement means no extra charge! Buy the extended warranty on the replacement microwave for when it dies, too.
