No, you can't get Disney Plus on this.

No, the pre-installed Premium content include Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, UFC.TV and Accuweather. ^Daphane

As of right now it does not show up on the App Store for this projector. It could be added later though. I myself simply hooked up a fire stick and it obviously has Disney plus. If you want to go further, you can buy a micro to usb C cable and the projector itself can power the firestick.
