“i was able to pair the soundbar to my phone through the LG music flow Bluetooth app but it will not pair with the Music flow player app and neither will these speakers. i need help”

Sonos is controlled and configured via a proprietary app on your device. Music Flow is not available via the Sonos app. For a list of available music sources, check their website. If you need further technical support configuring it, call their customer service, and they will happily walk you through the setup if it is possible.
