• Hello, most of the time we advice to change the filter every six months. These filters can't be recycled.^venette

• The filters are $9.99 on the LG website. I can't remember the exact amount of time it said the filters will last but I think it's around 6 months based on running the air purifier 12 hours per day. The filters are not reusable. You can try to clean it out to make it last a little longer but they're fairly cheap so I would just buy a few filters to have on hand.
