A:AnswerI think you need to check with Tracphone. My understanding is that tracphone doesn't have it's own towers, rather it contracts with national carriers. When you get a tracphone the underlining carrier might be ATT, Verizon, Sprint, etc. So while you can't choose who carries the call, tracphone is activating you on one of those networks. Only tracphone can tell you if they can activate the phone at your location.
