- Answer Hello! The LG - SideKick 1.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Pedestal Washer with 3-Motion Technology Model:WD200CV includes 2 short inlet hoses and 4 long inlet hoses. The Y Connector is not included with the pedestal washer unless you have a Front Load Washer with a Turbo Steam Dryer. QuestionWhat stacking kit is used for stacking the 29 inch pedestal washer and 29 inch pedestal with the full size washer/dryers. I’ve found stacking kits for the 27inch versions, but not the 29 inch. And, can the 27 inch kit be used for 29 in pedestals? Thanks.

QuestionWould this LG Sidekick able to be used with a 29” Samsung front load washer that is now stacked on a pedestal by removing the pedestal and putting a 29” Sidekick in the pedestal’s place? Just curious.

- Answer If the Samsung's feet will line up with the "cups" on top of the pedestal, you will still have to permanently depress the cutoff switch on top of the pedestal. There is also the issue of securing it to the pedestal so your frontload washer doesn't walk off the pedestal during spin cycles. I ran the washer 1 time before running the screws in the mounts and it was scary, had to stop the spin cycle before a $1k washer hit the floor. If you can figure all that out, no reason you can't do it. If it doesn't work out, box it up & return it. Remember your frontload washer is a 2 person lift. I have the 5.2cu ft LG washer and I must say, my 10yr old Samsung washed the clothes better. I went all in with 2 pedestal washers. I just had to buy the special "feet" for the dryer separately.

- Answer "...for dryer option."??? You mean what dryer can be mounted on this drawer washer? The 9 cu ft dryers with the 29" wide bodies. There is a separate kit for mounting a dryer on the pedestal washer.
