Ft. 6-Cycle High-Efficiency Pedestal Washers can be installed under any compatible LG Front Load Washer like a 27" or 29" LG Laundry Pedestal can and will not affect how the door on a compatible washer opens. You just cannot install a washer drip pan under either the SideKick™ Pedestal washers or LG Laundry Pedestals because they is not enough clearance for their drawers to open if the washer drip pan has a lip of 1". Other companies do not design their pedestals for compatibility with our washers/dryers or with other brands or manufacture of pedestals other than their own...^IFV

It has to be installed under select compatible LG Front Load Washers that have an activation switch for it and it shares its water supply lines and drain line with those washers...^IFV

A:AnswerI got the pedestal for the dryer too so they’re both the same height. Without the pedestal, yes the dryer would be lower than the washer with the pedestal washer.
