• The water supply and electrical is part of the washing machine itself, but the small unit can work with or independently from the major unit.

• There is a contact on the sidekick that the actuator of the washing machine has to hit to depress the contact. Due to this the sidekick cannot be used as a standalone washing machine. ^CP
