• It can run independently. We often use it that way. Note that it has its own plumbing and electrical. Make sure your outlet in the laundry room, which is usually a single 30 amp three-prong, is either changed to a double-outlet or you have an adapter that can handle the current if both waster and sidekick are running.

• It's actually an independent washer. It actually doesn't need a LG washer. It's literally an independent washer and dryer with its own controls and standard water and power hook ups

• Yes it can run by it self .. Not sure if it would be cool but think about just a stack of these babys .. Wash all colors. But they are very very pricy.
