I only received the unit & subwoofer ,ONE wall mount (seems there should be two to hold it up), no cables & a remote control that doesn't work.No set up guide or manual. This was listed as open box in Excellent condition & Geek Squad certified. HA!”

Your tv remote will control the sound bar also but won't turn it off, just lower or higher the sound. Buy the Rockfish digital output cables, there very great for the price and you'll have great sound.

Please try again later.As an open box item, there should have been a sticker on the LG - Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer Model # LAS551M that indicated if there were missing accessories and cables or remotes and the pricing for that open box item would have been adjusted for that. When you buy open box items, you should look for that sticker or ask the sales associates to check for you. Geek Squad certifies the unit for functionality and for any cosmetic damage that would also be listed on that same sticker that shows if there are any missing accessories and again, the price would have been accordingly adjusted...^IFV
