“Tv has digital audio out and RCA left and right out .How do I convert to Optical Is there a converter that can be used to connect digital audio out jack on the tv , to the optical cable that goes to the sound bar? Thank You”

Check Monoprice, they might have an Analog to Digital Converter that might do this. I have one that does the opposite (optical to analog stereo that works well).
