“I need cleaner whites, what is wrong ? My whites don't come out clean enough, I use prewash, hot temp, extra rinse, takes about 1h 50 min (too long). I use the right HE detergent and bleach. Towels , undershirts , et. my pastel colored uniform , they just don't look right to me. I had a top loader agitator washer before, I didn't have this problem.”
