Also, some of your other washers list as qualifying for the $225 rebate; but will I still get that rebate by ordering offline rather then going into a local store?”

In which state are you located? I suggest you purchase your dryer in the store where you will immediately receive a regular, register receipt, required for your rebate. You can also get one or more register receipts for your own records at the store. The personnel in the store are helpful and knowledgeable about rebate programs, and will have forms available, too.
