Does it to me all the time and no help from LG or any retailers. I'll have to buy a non-LG player next time, their support is worthless.

What you are describing on the LG Streaming 4K Ultra HD Hi-Res Audio Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player, Model # UBK90 as a network logo might also be the Regional Coding symbol which will either have a number in it, a "0" or "ALL" like on the back of the unit that indicates what discs are playable on the unit. That might be on the discs that you are playing if it only appears with certain discs and not on all of the discs that you play on the unit.
