• Yes, it should work fine. You can either hook up the blu-ray player's main HDMI out cable directly to your 4K TV and connect its second (Audio-only) HDMI to your receiver, or you could just hook up the main HDMI to your receiver then the receiver's HDMI out would go to the TV.

• This player does use dolby atmos. My Denon doesn't support this atmos but it does support the dolby digital in three different flavors. If your Denon supports atmos then yes it'll work.
