Hi On (I think) page 23 on the AUDIO Settings, make sure Digital output is set to AUTO The manual doesn't mention Dolby Atmos but does in the note refer to Bitstream On Justice League I found it was set on the disc to Dolby DTS. I finally found that by manually setting it to Dolby Atmos it played as expected. Mission Impossible and Star Wars The Last Jedi e.g. picked it up correctly. Dolby vision kicked in with no intervention needed. I hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was running into this problem as well, I would put in a disk, "Thor Ragnorok", and I'd get audio during the Marvel studio into, but no audio from menus or the movie. I'm using a LG OLED tv with a Sonos Arc sound bar connected through the hdmi 'arc' connection. I finally got audio to work by going into the blu-ray player's setting and changing the audio output from 'auto' to PCM. After that I had dolby atmos audio working.
