“I tried to connect the audio HDMI port out to my a/v receiver (no 4k) and the video HDMI port to my 4k LG TV, but no sound comes out through the a/v receiver. What could be the problem ?”

• Hi jviajes. If you have HDMI2 AUDIO ONLY on the LG Streaming HD Hi-Res Audio Wi-Fi Built-In 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Disc™ Player with Dolby Vision®, Model # UBK90 connected to your A/V receiver, check to make sure that you have the input source on your A/V receiver set to the HDMI port that you have the Blu-ray Player connected to. Check to make sure that the HDMI port on your receiver is not an HDMI ARC port because for the HDMI ARC functionality to work, both HDMI ports on the A/V receiver and on the Blu-ray player must support HDMI ARC functionality. The Blu-ray Player does not feature an HDMI ARC port. If your A/V receiver has an Optical Digital Audio Input, try connecting that to the Optical Digital Audio Out on the Blu-ray player to see if you get sound...^IFV
