- Answer Hey there. If the disc that you are watching on the LG Streaming 4K Ultra HD Hi-Res Audio Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player, Model # UBK90 has subtitles on it, some discs only allow you to change the subtitle from the disc menu. In that case, press Title/Popup or the Disc Menu button and choose the appropriate subtitle from the selections on the disc menu. Otherwise, press the INFO/MENU button & select an option using the ◄/►and press enter, then use ▲/▼to select the [Subtitle] option. ~Anthony

QuestionI've had this since March of 2021. Today July 3rd 2022 it no longer turns on so therfore it is dead. Is there a way to reset it? Or does anyone know if LG will repair/replace since it is (of course) out of warranty? It's plugged into a surge protector

- Answer Are you using your controller to try turning it on? Try unplugging it from where it is plugged in and plugging it back in. Maybe the batteries are dead in the controller. Try using the button on the player.

- Answer Player UBK90 does not have a mic jack. The player has 2- HDMI® Out, a USB, Optical Audio Output and an Ethernet ports. This player supports USB flash drive/external HDD formatted in FAT32 and NTFS when accessing files (music, photo, movie). However, for BD-Live, use the USB flash drive / external HDD formatted in FAT32. ^Daphane

- Answer Wi-fi and internet have nothing to do with it unless you want to stream from netflix or youtube (the only streaming apps available on this device) A dvd is a disc and you will need an HDMI cable to connect it to your tv to view it
