• There are no batteries. Can be connected to a computer via USB port or AC.

• The remote control has batteries. Under normal or moderate use, the batteries in a remote control should last up to 3-6 months. If you do not use the remote control for an extended period of time, remove the batteries to avoid possible damage from battery leakage. ^Daphane
