“Do the tines on both racks lay flat? And if so is it total row of tines or partial? My current LG does and I love that feature along with the way the tines hold the dishes upright.”

The LG SDWB24S3 dishwasher has flat tines on both racks and adjustable tines on the right side. The upper rack has three height settings and flexible tines that can be pulled up or rotated downward.
