Slide-In Double Oven Electric Probake® Convection Smart Range with EasyClean® and Air Fry - Stainless Steel, Model # LTIS7338XE, has a socket for the included meat probe that accurately measures the internal temperature of meat, poultry, and casseroles. It should not be used during broiling, self-cleaning, warming, proofing, Frozen Meal, or Air Sous-Vide modes. It must always be unplugged and removed from the oven when removing food. Before using, insert the probe into the center of the thickest part of the meat or into the inner thigh or breast of poultry, away from fat or bones.
