Regrettably, the LG STUDIO 7.3 Cu. Ft. Slide-In Double Oven Electric True Convection Smart Range with EasyClean® and Air Fry - Stainless Steel, Model # LTIS7338XE, has not been tested for use with silicon mats or parchment paper between the cooktop and pans. The cooktop is an Edge-to-Edge Glass-Ceramic Cooktop Surface, and silicone mats are generally not safe to use while cooking on traditional radiant electric ceramic glass tops, as the intense direct heat can melt them. They are designed specifically for induction cooktops, where they protect against scratches and spills without melting...^Ivan.
