• Yes, as long as you are already a VM customer. Since I purchased mine through Best Buy at the store, but was already a VM customer, it was super easy to transfer phones in store.

• Honestly I wouldn't know you probably have to ask someone in the store that has the better knowledge in the background if that's another phone company I don't think that these phones are unlocked so that would have to be done and I feel like they would charge me more for that but if that's some type of program of whatnot like I said you'd probably have to ask one of the associates at the store
