- Answer The Unlocked LG Stylo 4 does NOT support WiFi Calling. I have the phone and per LG Support the Unlocked Stylo 4 does NOT have WiFi Calling.

- Answer You dont have the company start up logo popping up on the phone when you restart the phone and the bloatware they install on it. Plus the unlocked one you can go anywhere and install a sim and do what you do best.

QuestionI just bought this phone, and it will not update past Oreo. It is a brand new phone, and thus, already out of date. I even contacted tech support at Best Buy, and they said they couldn't do anything. Very disappointing. Please confirm this is true.

- Answer Depending on when you purchased the phone, you have 13 days to return it to Best Buy undamaged with packaging, all included accessories, and receipt. Beware there will be a restocking fee of either $35 or $45, depending on the carrier's terms under which you signed. Another possible option is to call LG or go to their website to find out if they plan to update your device's OS (operating system). I have the same device and have not yet checked, but I was aware of this when I purchased it and it did not matter to me. Hope this helps; I do understand your disappointment and hope that LG will update.

- Answer My understanding is that Verizon and Tmobile are the CDMA networks and CDMA is a United States only way of things. The rest of 3rd rock out uses GSM comonly referred to as Global. Im on Verizon and GSM is clearly an available menu option. Hope I helpled....good phone.

- Answer Not sure if you would like it or not but the LG Rebel 4 is pretty much the same phone besides bring on walmarts Family mobile network . it Doesn't have the face recognition but it is a good little phone . also check out the lg aristo 2 which does have face recognition and is another great little phone .
