Depending on when you purchased the phone, you have 13 days to return it to Best Buy undamaged with packaging, all included accessories, and receipt. Beware there will be a restocking fee of either $35 or $45, depending on the carrier's terms under which you signed. Another possible option is to call LG or go to their website to find out if they plan to update your device's OS (operating system). I have the same device and have not yet checked, but I was aware of this when I purchased it and it did not matter to me. Hope this helps; I do understand your disappointment and hope that LG will update.
