QuestionWhat Bluetooth codec do these earbuds use. IS this codec cable of eliminating lag between video and audio?

- Answer Unforutnately, delay between what you hear in the headphones and the video playing on the source device (phone, tablet, etc.) is not the fault of the headphones, but the source device itself coming out of sync with transmitting the audio. Low-latency codecs would only affect phone call experience or real-time audio recording via Bluetooth, not media playback sync issues.

- Answer I'm in the same spot as you, looking for the serial number on my set as well. I've tried looking through the mobile apps LG provides for the headset, but they do not offer the ability to review the serial number. It appears the serial number only exists on the product box.

If you install the “LG TONE Free” app, you can use Check Earbud Battery, Voice Alert, Change Equalizer Mode, Check Last Connected Location Information, and Find My Earbuds functions.
