“I just received my hbs 1125 earbuds. When I connect to my phone, it shows up as hbs 930. The manual in the box says hbs-1010/930 (platinum-alpha, not platinum+). Are these the same product (930 and 1125), or did I receive the wrong thing?”

• Hello, the HBS-1125 are the not the same as the HBS-930, however, we are unsure of what you received. We do recommend you contact your the dealer or take them to the store for your order to be reviewed. ^AC
