While I love the LG headsets, for microphone noise canceling, the best device is by Ume Voice. This is the same technology used by Black Hawk helicopter pilots. There are a number of version available to best suit your style.

Be aware that if you are planning to use any headphones while being in a situation where you must be aware of your surroundings for safety reasons you don't want noise cancellation as it is totally isolating. Also, as a truck driver you should be aware of the driving laws of the state(s) in which you drive. In many states it is against the law to drive with headphones on. Such is the case in California where I live. This is for safety and to keep you generally aware of what is going on around you -- so that you don't miss such things as emergency vehicle sirens, RR crossing alarms, etc. In CA we can use a headphone in one ear -- like for use with a cell phone -- but not both ears.
