• You would not be able to do speakerphone from this headset, however, you would still be able to use speakerphone from the mobile device. ^ Jamal

• No. You hear whomever your talking to through the ear buds. And the mic is inside the head phone. You can disable the Bluetooth connection from your phone if you're on a call and talk on speaker phone with the push of a button.
