Any of the LG headphones I've bought seem to do this. They disconnect randomly, they say 'out of range' when phone is right next to me. I have reset mine several times. This seems to be a flaw with LG lately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.LG Tones tend to work well for a while and then start having various issues like the one you're having. Happened to my friend's pair. Mine had another issue. He went through two diff models. I gave up after the first experience.
