Yes you can connect up to 2 devices in any combination. 2 phones, 1 phone and 1 computer, etc. My only problem with these headphones is that they are not durable and will break at the joins.

You can put a call on hold, if that is what you mean. I am also pretty sure you can pair it to two different devices at once, if that is what you mean. I personally haven't used that feature and am not totally sure it can be done, but I think so.

Yea you can use two different phones at one time. I hook my work cell phone and my everyday cell phone up to my LG headphones and can answer both if they ring.
