• The problem with the headset is the charging port, they're EXTREMELY fragile. If you push the charging cable in to far, to hard, or upside-down (accidentally) it breaks the connection inside the USB port. If you wiggle the cable while plugged in to your earpiece you can cycle the power on and off. Unfortunately, they have to be sent back to LG to change the USB port. There are micro surface mount components mounted directly on top of the charging port and can't be soldered.

• I have had the same issue. It is EXTREMELY frustrating. Is there anything that can be done besides buying a new set?

• I have the same issue... seems to be temperature or humidity related, but it’s ANNOYING AS HECK!
