“How snug is the collar while running and do the earbuds stay in your ears during excercise? My concern is that the collar will bounce during a run and earbuds will fall out of my ears. Are these good for excercise?”

I use mine on the treadmill all the time. No, they don't fall out unless you accidently pull them out. Oftentimes I forget they're around my neck.
