Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Let me preface this by telling you under no circumstances am I a Best Buy sales associate and/or employee. Therefore, I'm looking at your question directly from a consumer angle. If I were you in the situation you described above, the first thing I would do is to recall whether or not I registered the product. Being who I personally am, the answer would normally be "yes". If you did in fact register the product already, then your in luck because LG has your info and the product info in their computer system already thus giving them your date of purchase & warranty info. However, if you didn't register the product, the only thing that could help is if you purchased the product via credit card. If you purchased with credit, you could either go through your statements by yourself and/or call the creditor to help you find the date you purchased the product which also tells you where you purchased the product from. Also, a debit card would work the same way. Good luck in your search for an answer for your warranty question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a problem with my first LG tone pro 2. I called the LG customer support by googling LG warranty. They were not have any help. I finally got some help by going back to the Best Buy Geek Squad. The warranty through Best Buy is the best value.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can go into any Best Buy and see how long the warranty is. Best Buy often partners with other companies to issue a replacement if it is still under warranty. LG may or may not be one of those companies. I would highly suggest getting Geek Squad Protection on the next pair! :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would just want to call the manufacturer, but they may require a copy of your purchase receipt. If you purchased the Bluetooth from Best Buy, then we can provide you with a copy of your purchase receipt. Please feel free to call into us or visit a Best Buy store for further assistance. Thank you!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The warranty card that you received with your LG - Tone Pro Bluetooth Headset, Model # HBS- 760 is a document that explains the terms of warranty. Your receipt, or proof of purchase is what establishes your warranty and what would be required for warranty service should you need it. As mentioned in a previous answer, if you need the terms of warranty that are on the warranty card, you can contact LG's Customer Interactive Center at (800) 243-0000 and ask that they send you one, but it is not necessary for warranty service. For that, you need proof of purchase...^IFV
