• first go to your setting on your computer and make sure it is Bluetooth capable, then make sure it is turn on, then begin to sync computer and turn on the headset, it should recognize the headset to computer.

• Check Control Panel\Hardware and Sound device manager ,if you have Bluetooth it will be in device manager

• Turn on the bluetooth on your computer and try and sync it. It should work. Mine synced immediately on my MAC.

• Not all computers have Bluetooth build it. Check your manual for technical details. Also you can buy Bluetooth for PC separately if you have no build in Bluetooth
