“My old LG's vibrated when an incoming text message. These don't seem to do that. Also the option of replaying the last text message received received by hitting the Advanced top button on the right side is not there either. Two helpful features.”

You can turn the vibration alert on by following the steps listed in the owners manual on page 9 http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-HBS-780#manuals ^CP
