• Most TVs do not transmit blue tooth. But you can buy a Bluetooth transmiter that plugs into a headphone jack, that will make it Posible.

• I don't think most TVs have bluetooth if any but if you have a device connected to it that does have bluetooth it may be possible but I highly doubt it.

• It must use a 3.5mm jack. It's not Bluetooth.
