No you wouldn't be able to use this without touching it. You have to touch it to turn it on/off. There's no voice command for it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you wouldn't be able to use as per your case. Once the headphones are on and you receive a call you will have to press the answer button to answer and end the call. The voice commands come in after you press the TALK button and it listens to your voice. So unfortunately, it wouldn't serve you.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As alluded to in the previous response to your inquiry, the LG - Tone Pro Wireless Headphones - Black, Model # HBS-750 has controls on it that may require you to touch them. For example, if your phone and the headset are separated by 33 feet or more, this would cause them to disconnect and although they could automatically reconnect once you are back within range, in the event that they don't, you would have to press the Call button to manually pair them again. Then there is the matter of the volume controls. Some calls may be softer or louder in intensity and again, you may need to manually adjust the volume using the volume controls. On incoming calls, the headset will ring and vibrate to alert you. To stop the vibrating, you would need to press the volume down button and to answer the call, you would need to hold down the Call button to answer the incoming call. To activate the Voice Dialing, you also would have to briefly press the Call button as you would have to do to end the call or to reject a call. You handset has to support Voice Dialing, so there are still a lot of instances where you would have to press one button or another. Hopefully, this gives you a better idea of how the headset works and will help you in making your decision as to whether or not this headset suites your needs...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe, and I say maybe because if someone call you, unfortunately you wouldn't be able to press the phone button to accept the phone call. However, there are other options. If your phone or device has auto answer when someone calls, then I think they would work for you. Hope that answered any questions you had...... Have a great day
