When you turn the headset on it should go into paring mode, if not turn the headset off then turn it back on then press and hold the button you press to answer calls also there are videos on Youtube on how to do it if my information was not helpful

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to pair the LG - Tone Pro Bluetooth Headset, Model # HBS-760 to your phone. With the power off, press the Call button and slide the power switch on and keep holding the call button for 3 seconds. When the headset enters pairing mode, the LED should turn a solid blue. On your phone, go into your Bluetooth settings and look for HBS-760 on the list of Bluetooth devices that show up. Your phone should be in discoverable mode. Tap on HBS-760 and if asked for a PIN CODE/PASSWORD, enter 0000. If successfully connected, you should see "Connected". As already mentioned in a previous answer, these instructions are in the manual that came with the unit...^IFV
