• I had the headset accidentally paired to my car Bluetooth and phone at the same time and could not hear the other person from either so I would say no.

• Yes two phones can be connected. Some times it's a little distorted during calls when two phones are connected and most of the time you have to physically pair the second phone. On rare occasions it will connect to both phones when just turning it on.
