“Will it vibrate when receiving a call/text & will it read out the texts??”

It will vibrate and can read out texts with the LG Tone and Talk app.

Yes it vibrates for incoming calls and alerts along with when it is out and in range of your phone. I believe there is a setting for the text issue but have not tested this yet.

It sure will you can answer a call with a touch of a button on the headphones. Pretty neat.!

Yes it vibrates with calls/texts. Not sure if it reads out the texts (but that would be great ... will have to check into it)>

It will tone. If the earbuds are in your ears at that time then it's easy to hear the tone. If not then it's a little harder but is still good. And you can get a different tone for a call vs. a text message. The device is a simple extension of the phone speakers so it doesn't read anything.
