No, they are not waterproof. You cannot get into the water with a LG Tone. Maybe resistant to light humidity from workouts but definitely not for swimming.

They are neither water resistant nor water proof. They are well sealed so normal sweat should be no issue but if you want a device to use while doing a work-out choose something else.
