• Depending on the exact model, it may not have the smart thinq wi-fi ability. If it doesn't, it would have the other option: Tag On. With Tag On, you can still do it - it's just done through NFC on your phone and takes a bit longer. I suggest you go to LG.com and then 'support'; enter the model of the washer and go to the info on downloading cycles.
