A:AnswerYes it works with Microsoft PCs too if you have usb-c (3.1) however you cannot ajust the the brightness and its very bright. I highly recommend getting a different monitor if you are using a Windows based PC. This product is built for Mac only.
A:AnswerI recently bought one through Best Buy (it appears Apple and others no longer carry it). I received a brand new one. It works great with my MacBook Pro.
