Hello, Yes you can. You will have to go to there website and install there software after putting in your model of your monitor and its called Onscreen control. I can split my screen how i want. Its amazing. on top of that with the Onscreen Control you can control your monitor settings right from there on the fly. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

You can use the Split Screen function from a Windows Operating System or a Mac Operationg System with the LG 27GL650F-B 27 Inch UltraGear™ Full HD IPS Gaming Monitor with G-Sync® Compatible, Adaptive-Sync, or you can download and install LG's On Screen Control (OSC), [Windows] OnScreen Control - version 4.96 or [Mac OS] OnScreen Control - version 3.92 from the support page for the monitor on our site which will give you Split Screen 2.0...^IFV
