• Depends on the game, on my PC that is much more powerful than a One X, it struggles to run games at 1440p 144hz, but considering how the Xbox is usually more optimized, then I would say Definitely so. If you're saying objectively,then yes, the monitor is capable of 1440p 144hz. It's a matter if the hardware can handle running such a task.
