QuestionHow is his monitor sold out already I was waiting at 12 AM on August 12 I was waiting for it to come out it’s a coming soon and at 12:01 AM they said sold out how’s that possible I spoke to a customer service online and they said that people already!!!!!

- Answer Preorders for the monitor were taken about three weeks ago, same with Amazon. B&H Photo still appears to accept orders, though they mention nothing of stock and their release date says "late August."

QuestionIs this monitor compatible to work with Xbox Series S?

- Answer Yes it is but you wont get 120 frames per second on the monitor because the monitor can only output 100hz max from a hdmi connection. and the xbox settings only allow you to pick between 120hz and 60hz. Other than that I use my series s on this monitor and it works great

QuestionI am about to buy the Xbox series x. I was wondering if I will be able to get 120 FPS at 1440p while playing the Xbox series x on this monitor through hdmi 2.0? Are there settings I have to change on the monitor to get 120 FPS at 1440p on the New Xbox?

QuestionI would love to wait on this and it has been sold in Canada but without a release date I have to move on, can anyone recommend a IPS monitor with similar specs? From what I hear the 1ms is not usable so 4ms or better.

QuestionHow do you adjust the picture? it seems when i'm in DP I can only adjust the brightness.

- Answer You should be able to adjust it with the menu. However, you can go online and look for the ICC profile, and just set that is the default. Mine looked better after I did that. I got the one from Rtings.com

- Answer Unfortunately 888-Best Buy won't have the answers as to when these will be back in stock. So that's not the best suggestion for customers. Since its currently an online only item, they don't have access to know when more will be available. They know as much as the website knows. Your best bet for now is to keep an eye on the website. Otherwise, hopefully LG could send Best Buy more of them? ;-)
