“Does anyone see horizontal lines within the first 15 minutes of turning it on? They are more pronounced at lower refresh like a PS4 at 60hz, but do go away after the monitor is "warmed up" I guess?”

I have the same monitor and I do not have the horizontal lines you mention. Have you gone into the PS5 video settings? You need to be at 1440p instead of 1080p. Also there maybe some other settings that would benefit you. Also make sure you have changed the setting on the monitor itself. I am running mine on 2 pcs and one Xbox X and i have had no issues or pixels... After messing around with it sounds like you should bring it back to best buy for a swap.
