Hello there, Marcel. Thank you for your inquiry about the 45GR95QE-B.AUS monitor. Yes, this model supports picture-by-picture (PBP) functionality, allowing you to connect multiple sources and display them simultaneously on the screen. You can utilize your Dell XPS L702X with HDMI and mini DisplayPort to set up a triple-split configuration for viewing different pages or plans at once, which is perfect for your needs as a contractor estimator. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the setup, please feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. We’re here to help! —Avril
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There's a PIP and PBP mode on this monitor. By default you're able to set it up as a split monitor, displaying 2 inputs at the same time, or have one main input and a 2nd input floating on top. You can change the size and position of the PIP screen. There's also some software you can download for the monitor, from LG's website, it's called OSC controller, and it gives you a lot more options for split screen. I'm not sure about other operating systems, but windows 11 has a feature that lets you arrange and snap windows around a single monitor, just drag the window to the top of the screen, and a little tool should pop up with options for arranging windows. I'll try attaching a screenshot where I have 3 windows open on this monitor. I recommend you use the mini displayport output on your laptop to connect this monitor. You will need a mini displayport to displayport adapter, or mini DP to DP cable, which are not sold by Best Buy unfortunately. HDMI has a lower bandwidth, so if you want to use the full resolution and refresh rate, you will need to use a pure DisplayPort solution.
